Annual Research Meeting Planning Group

A new committee is appointed each year by the Director to plan the annual research meeting, a day devoted to plenary and poster sessions highlighting the research activities of Center members. The annual meeting of the External Advisory Board always coincides with the research meeting, thus giving advisory board members the opportunity to interact with the Center membership and to learn first-hand about the research being conducted in the Center. This committee meets as often as weekly beginning six months before the date of the annual meeting. The chair of this committee makes periodic progress reports to the Executive Committee.
