PREPARATION OF FLUORESCENCE
LABELED AND RADIOLABELED PEPTIDES AND ANTIBODIES
Peptides are labeled by fluorophor
conjugation to cyanine 3, rhodamine, or flourescein for visualization
of receptor internalization and for fluorescent cell sorting.
Antibodies also are labeled with fluorescent markers for studies
that require direct immunofluorescence.
