DISTRIBUTION OF EXISTING
MONOCLONAL AND POLYCLONAL ANTIBODIES
Antibodies prepared by the
Core are made available to members and to other investigators
outside the center. These antibodies most often are used for
radioimmunoassay or for immunohistochemistry, but certain antibodies
are made available in large amounts for immunoneutralization.
Peptides that were used for
conjugation to produce epitope-specific antisera also are provided
to investigators performing Western blotting or immunohistochemistry
for specific immunohistochemical absorption. Antibodies usually
are provided free of charge, other than shipping.
